Community & Corporate workshops

Our participation in education has been gradually growing over the last five years and the organisation now has extensive experience of working within the youth and education sector. Past clients have included, Alderbrook School and Arts College , The Learning and Skills Council, Luton Borough Council, Worcestershire City Council, Connexions.

The sessions are flexible and can be delivered in most venues. We provide a DJ tutor, who is CRB checked and our own equipment. All we need are tables, a power source and a group of enthusiastic young people. No experience is necessary, and all participants will be given the chance to access hands on activity with state of the art equipment, building confidence and self esteem while learning new skills. Workshop prices start from £125 for a 3 - 4 hour session and we can cover the majority of the UK.

Music captivates and fires the imagination and creativity of young people in a way that few other activities can. By bringing the DJ Academy into your school, youth or community centre young people can experience the excitement and accomplishment of expressing themselves through music. We aim to prove that DJ ing is not just for the select few but with hard work, commitment and a “can do” attitude individuals can reach their full potential.

DJ ing as an art form is now as popular as playing a musical instrument itself and can be an outlet for creative expression for young people who are not interested in learning to play a traditional instrument. DJ work shop s can also add a multicultural “street appeal” to any school syllabus or extra curricular activity.
